She has presented to a variety of audiences including front line professionals, law enforcement officers and administrators, mental health professionals, executives, and professors. Cyndi is all about inspiring people to step out and embrace a bold and authentic life! This requires humanizing struggle, compassion, and courage which is far from comfortable. Through story, Cyndi shares how she embraces and wrestles with living her own bold and authentic life, including resilience after the falls.
Cyndi is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Daring Way Facilitator. She is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management and serves on a local and the DFW Regional CISM Response team. She is the co-owner of Pecan Branch Counseling in Denton, Texas working with other fabulous counselors who embrace bold and authentic lives!
Creator of the Code4Couples podcast, Cyndi takes this same message to first responders and their spouses so that they may emerge resilient individually and as a couple. She has been selected to speak at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conferences (IACP) 3 times, FBI National Academy Association (FBINAA) Conference, and keynoted at police spouse conferences throughout the country.
