Austin, Texas

Led by:

Cyndi Doyle, LPC-S, CDWF and Jodie Elder, Ph.D., LPC-S, LMFT, CDWF

Join us for a weekend learning about The Daring Way™, a practice of Wholehearted Living through COURAGE, SELF-COMPASSION, and WORTHINESS through the work of Brené Brown!

This workshop, both educational and experiential, will explore:
Living a more authentic life
Deepening your relationships with others
Leting go of perfectionism and fear of what others think
Building resiliency to shame
Engaging fully in vulnerability as courage and not weakness
Finding joy in creativity and gratitude
Cultivating the belief that you are enough

By participating in the The Daring Way™ workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore how to live bravely every day by showing up in the arenas of your life and relationships to become and offer the best, most authentic version of you.  The Daring Way™ is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, and was created with the primary focus on developing shame resilience skills and a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead.  You will be guided through and learn from a multimedia library uniquely created for these workshops and groups.  You will then tap into the power of a group experience to gain the courage and hope from shared stories to delve into the arenas of our lives, and be empowered to learn that we are not alone.

Cost for the workshop is $375 including the cost of materials, meals, and snacks.

Workshop times are Friday 1:00 - 5:00, Saturday 9:00 - 5:00, and Sunday 9:00 - 1:00

The workshop will be held at the LaQuinta Inn near the Austin airport
